That arcade in the Trocadero (used to be Sega or maybe it stilll is- I`m not sure) is complete ****e- avoid.

Theres Play2Win not too far from there which is the only arcade with Evo. Doesn`t have much else I don`t think

Casino is pretty poor as well. Last time I was there was when I went there with Saur. Best thing they had was Inital D (but the sound was ****ed up cos they hadn`t connected it properly) and after that, not much else to impress

Arcades in London? Isn't that an oxymoron?
Lie with passion and be forever damned...

Thankfully is won`t be soon with Toasts arcade coming near Carnaby Street. It should be amazing- and truly revolutionary for the UK arcade scene (as if this is successful, it may have a good knock on affect and make some of the idiots who run the places that you can loosely call an arcade pull their finger out of their arse).

I know its not london but there is a sega world in bournemouth. I dont know why but it seems to get all the latest machines in. Just got F-Zero last week. It's got Virtua cop 3, Derby Owners Club and its had Initial D for a couple of months now. It had VF4 evo but its got rid of it foe some reason.

What about Namco place, or whatever it's called? It's run by some clueless idiots who don't even know what cabs they have but it's bloody huge. Does it have a VO machine?

                Namco Station.

Do you mean a Virtual On machine??!?!?!?!?

I didn't know it had one, if I did, I would have been glued to it on the last London NTSC-UK meetup!

They have 8 player Daytona though. Arcade multiplayer heaven!

Is that the one in Oxford St? If so it also has SCII, proper sticks, and 50p for 1 play (?1 for 3).

Hey, I found Trocadero rather fun. Got the chance to play loads of games I had never tried before. Like the deluxe xyz-axis G-Loc, Densha de Go, Soul Calibur 2, Initial D, House of the Dead 3, etc. Lots of neat freestyle DDR-action too. Well worth a visit if you happen to be around Picadilly Circus/Leicester Square area.

While in the area, CEX Retro is also worth a visit.

Does anyone know where I can play Beatmania IIDX in London?

Troc only has a Beatmania 3rd Mix
