Yes, so if you sell it open it up to worldwide if ebaying it.

Xbox version just doesnt feel right IMO. The JAP speech with subs is where its at.

Ryo Hazuki has a camera to take pictures of the main characters and unlock their biographies. You can change the shades of the game two.

The games are pretty much identical. The XBox version one, being on a more powerful console, sports stuff like greater draw distance for the onscreen characters, less slowdown etc... but most people, myself included, prefer the DC one anyway.

Dude, why get rid?! its one of the few games that deserve to gather dust on your shelves for the rest of your life! Why? because its special...............

I believe the Xbox port also has some slightly improved textures - I remember someone doing a comparison page highlighting the differences, but I can't seem to find it now...

That little camera icon is there at all times on the Xbox version if I remember correctly (only completed the English voice localisation once), even during the cutscenes. Really distracting.

The DC version is more immersive due to the Japanese language. You actually feel as if your in a big city in the Far East

well , the xbox version has a motion blur effect during fights which is pretty cool
                    quicker loading times
                    no disc swapping
camera feature/shaders feature (black and white, sepia etc)
                    comic unlockables
                    english dub/english subs

the dc version has much nicer packaging, sharper in-game visuals (no motion blur, superior RGB picture) the original japanese voices (i have no problem with either the sub or dub, mind) and um...that's about it.

the biggest draw is the improved loading times for me...

And you also get a Shenmue movie DVD with the XBox version though the sharper DC RGB graphics make me slightly prefer that version in terms of atmos.

The DC version also has the ability to carry your save files over, and I like the fact that each disc is a chapter in the saga with Shenmue II.

Motion blur must be like marmite I suppose, love it or hate it.

I'm personally definately no fan, I prefer the visual clarity. But it reallt has little impace on Shenmue II either way.

I think being rational, no-ones really loosing out in any way by getting the XBox game, bar the lack of Japanese dub (but that's just the anime lover in me). I can't really think of a way in which the DC game is actually better tbh, though I still do prefer the DC version, for no reason I can explain.

DC version also looks better in VGA mode than it ever will on the XBox, but that depends if it matters to you.
