Sonic Gems Jap on a Pal Console?

Puting the Jap Version of Sonic Gems into a Pal console puts the game in English with the US soundtrack.

Is there anyway to access the Japanese Soundtack on a Pal PS2 using Swap Magic?

You have to hex edit a certain file.

I have a edited file here, but I don't know if I'm allowed to post it here.
