Preorder query

Does anyone know if online retailers place limits on video game preorders. I put down an order for the 360 Oblivion CE back when Game.net claimed it was exclusive to them.

Since then, its shown up on gameplay and after learning that they post out most orders a day before the official launch, I've been considering ditching my game.net order and going with gameplay.

Is this a good idea? If I still preorder with gameplay at this stage, would I be guaranteed a copy at launch or the thursday previously?

Gameplay are owned by Game so they're able to stock the C.E. too.

I'd suggest keeping the Game pre-order though as the price is the same & you'll get ?5 worth of loyalty points (double points for pre-ordering + an additional 1000 points as part of their 'points giveaway' promotion).

Pretty sure you'd be guaranteed a copy at launch if you did decide to switch to Gameplay though.
