Right i have no idea about computers so go easy.

Im logged onto ladbrokes.com but when i click view balance or my account nothing happens, it was all working last week but now nothing.

What could be the solution?

Do you have a pop up blocker on ? On most bookmakers sites account info opens in a new window.

No idea what causes this, but I fixed it by changing browser to Firefox.

I used to get new window like you say but nothing now happens, turned off pop up blocker and still ef all.
