Sega Ages Virtua Racing

Been playing Virtua Racing on the MD for the past couple of days and absolutely loving it.
I've seen the Sega Ages release which looks great and has more tracks/cars etc but is it worth getting?

I know Sega did a bit of fiddling with the Ages releases (mostly negative) - did they do anything disastrous to this game?

No, it's aces. The best one they've done, imho.

Yep Arcade perfect with 3 more tracks , new modes and 60 fps .
Forget the 32X and MD versions, this is even better than the Arcade game imo. And can be got onthe super cheap .
