Windows Reboot Notification Advice

I run a server which is always on using windows 2003. Im happy for Windows to install updates, but I want to be able to stop the irritating reminder that windows needs to reboot to finish installing the updates. I know they arent installed till I reboot, and selecting 'Reboot Later' just means it waits a bit before prompting me again. Its a minor irritation and I can live with it really, but as Im working on it remotely Id prefer not to have that notification appearing every so often and I dont want to reboot till the weekend.

/edit ignore, Im just going to alter the way windows downloads and installs updates to download them but not to install till Im ready for them to be installed
