I have this scenario where i've purchased a JAP Xbox 360 on its own from ebay, then I purchased a UK power supply from ebay too.
Now my problem is this:
The Jap Xbox360 is 110v
I would expect the power supply to be 240v (not recieved it yet)
Ive read that the UK power supply will run on a JAP, US and PAL machine without the need of a stepdown, but if you use a Jap or US power supply in the UK on an import machine I will need a stepdown.
I've read about 80% of people having a JAP console with UK power supply, but then a few auctions on ebay say that I need a stepdown.
Anyone else imported and used a UK power supply on their xbox360?
I think this thread would be helpfull to most importers of the console since theres the large shortage at the moment.
