I've recently got a 2nd Hantarex CT21EQ/2 (though supposedly only very little use). Sadly I'm having lots of trouble with it.
When ever I feed a signal from my PAL Gamecube or modded PAL ps2 the bootscreen picture & PAL games are fine. However if I run a game in 60hz or play a NTSC-J game the picture messes up. It displays multiple layers of it self underneath each other and there is major flickering going on. See the first picture.
When I hook up my American DreamCast the same problem occurs just as with a DVD player set to put out NTSC. When it's PAL everything is just fine & happy but the moment it changes to NTSC it goes wrong. All connection are made using properly working scart-RGB-cables.
I also tried it with my Japanese Saturn through composite plugged in such AV-box in the shape of scart connector and same problem occurs, though the picture is quite dark then.
I've contacted Hantarex but they can't help me out unless they have the monitor in the workshop...sadly that's a bit difficult as I live in The Netherlands.
Anyone have suggestion on how to fix this or even what is causing this? The more evidence that I have this monitor is faulty the stronger my case against the seller will be.
Many thanks in advance!

here's a picture of what happens when I hook up my NTSC-U Dreamcast: What you see is not a photographic illusion it's what's actually happening.
