US GC + UK Power Lead = OK?

as per title, i think i heard that a US GC will run off a UK power lead with no problems, could someone confirm to me that this is true? thanks

It'll work fine. I have my Spice JAP Cube running with UK supply

Yep - it's fine. I run my NTSC Cube off a UK PSU bought from Nintendo UK.
