Quieter Replacement fan for xbox. Any suggestions?

The fan in my xbox is noisy, and due to me using it as a media centre can be quite annoying.

Can anybody recommend a fan that will fit straight in, with no messing around. Or will it be better to get a larger fan and hack it to fit.

Any suggestions?

I'd quite like the answer to this too.
Is a standard PC fan usable?
I've not opened my XBox to find out what the connection, fan size and voltage are, because I can't be bothered, but one assumes that they've used a standard PC fan, in keeping with the general hardware theme.

I did take a standard 80mm fan had to hack it around quite a bit to fit it in.

Something like THIS should be easier to fit and quieter. The standard fan has a modified frame so the one above might need modifying a bit more to fit.
