Saturn Vampire Saviour + Sound Problems

If anyone knows:

When playing Vampire Saviour with my Action Replay Plus/Pro 4-in-1 on my Sega Saturn, voices tend to repeat themselves, including the announcer. Everything else works perfectly.

Now, would anyone know if this is due to a faulty disc, or booting the game up with a AR, or - perhaps most likely - due to playing the game in 50 Hz mode (haven't modded my Saturn yet)?

Any light shed on the situation would be most appreciated.

I would think running it in 50hz is your problem, MSH vs SF does the same thing.
