Supergun speaker info needed

Hi, i just want to clear something up. I was playing a PCB on my supergun earlier on tonight and i noticed when i change the PCB over that the amp on the pcb was pretty hot, not enough for me to pulll away but it was hot.

I'm currently using this speaker advised by a friend. I just wanted to clear up if this is a safe speaker to use. btw, it's wired directly to the Jamma loom
