Any mobile phone hands free kits work on the 360?

I'm sick of accidentally snapping the headsets rendering them useless, anyone know if there are any hands free kits that work with the 360? I heard there were some that worked on the original Xbox but every one i've tried so far hasn't been successful.

I've used a Motorola C350 headset before but other people said that it echoed a lot.
