quick Pal DC VGA question... yes?

a pal dreamcast, can it or can it not output vga? bizzarely i can't seem to find a definitive answer here or anywhere else, there's topics about dc vga but none mention pal/japanese/us.

so a 'yes' or 'no' will suffice.

I have my Pal DC connected with a VGA-DVI cable, no problems.

Make sure your TV/monitor DVI input is analog (DVI-A) or dual (DVI-I), VGA will not work with digital DVI (DVI-D)

Yes, unless you're playing one or two awkward games like Bangai-O for which not even a 'VGA trick' will persuade them to work. Bah! :P
