us ps2 help needed please

Hi guys and gals

A friend of mine is after a U.S. ps2 because he is tired of the ncaa football games not making it to the uk.
Where is the best place to point him at ? Im thinking of somewhere where import tax is not much of an issue and cost is on the cheaper side.

Alternatively if he's already got a UK PS2 & the only import game he's looking to play is NCAA '06 (&/or '07 when it arrives in July) he could just pick up a set of Swap Magic discs and use them instead. Would only set him back approx. ?20.

Another option would be to buy a modded PAL Xbox and pick up the Xbox release of NCAA as it's aruably the better version.
