Don't have one but IGN did a feature on it recently:

It's by no means conclusive but they seem to think it makes a difference (& they include Nyko's lab results). Make of that what you will though.....
From the pics it looks like there is space to still fit a wi-fi adapter. -
Yay, a way to make the 360 even noisier. No thanks. If mine somehow overheats (it's barely warm after hours of use), M$ will be sending me a replacement
