PSP video converter

Where can I find a PSP video converter for playing back movie files on my psp that does not cost money.I'm not looking for all the options image converter 2 has as I just want something basic and FREE, I am not paying sony money for a file conversion tool that should be free anyways.

Please help me out guys.....you as always are my last hope for my wallet,lol!

pspware is the best for mac, but its not free.. only a few quid though

For video conversion on the Mac I prefer ffmpegX. It has presets for AVC and MP4 for PSP, as well as pretty much any other video format you can think of. Not that anyone asked...
