Is this worth the money? All help is appreciated

I need a cam and have no printer and was wondering if this is any good? What type of card does the cam take?

Or should i look elsewhere?

Why not just get a decent camera, then take the memory card to one of the photo shop chains and get it printed there? A lot of places have those automatic machines you can slot a card in and choose what you want developed.

That way you can still choose the photos you want, get them printed at a higher quality, get a better camera and probably save money on developing as well as all that paper and ink costs a fortune.

If you want rugged lastability and good quality photos, and aren't worried about a great zoom, I love my Canon Ixus. Lasted me for three years now and still takes great shots.

This is one of the recent ones, sure you can find older models cheaper elsewhere. Other bonus is they are pocket sized for taking anywhere with you.

Sure other forum goers will have other suggestions though.
