FFXI Account Question

Been playing FFXI on the 360, and you get a 30 day trial. I am coming near to the end of the trial and I get a messege like this -

So, what do I do now? Do I have to renew my account before it runs out? How do I do that? Will I loodr my character if I don't?

I sorta assumed it would just start taking the money out when my trial ends tbh.

Going back a few years since I started my account (and used up the free trial) but I don't remember having to do anything specific after the trial period. It just started billing me as you assume will happen.

However, I do know that S-E are quite quick the 'Banninate' button should your credit card details expire so the notice is probably there for you to make sure the details you entered upon registration will still be valid come billing time.
