3d Mark 05/06 Scores

Guys,

Just got my rig totally set up and running sweet now so I thought I would post my 3d mark scores and see what others have

3d Mark 2005 = 11933
3d Mark 2006 = 6898

My rig is a Athlon FX-60, 2GB Crucial DDR2, 2x7900 GTX's 512 MB

decent score or?

hmmm nice setup you have there mate.

howevere over on www.overclockers.co.uk

in the forum under 7900 oc'ing there are people who are breaking 12000 in 3dmark 05 with a single 7900gtx.

might be worth having a look as they only used minimal oc'ing for it too.

Aye but 3d mark05 doesnt seem to work with SLI

most people on the Futuremark boards are really helpful also, my scores aren't worth posting, 6600GT's aren't generally 3dMark's best friend

also i saw on the ocuk forum that people with a single 7900gt(clocked near 7900gtx speeds) are getting 6000+ scores on 3dmark06(which i assume does support sli)

i'll post my scores tomorrow when my 7900gtx arrives.

running sn25p shuttle(nf4 ultra) with 3700+ san [email protected], mushkin 2gb 2-3-2-5 ddr ram.

Hmm i wonder if i should maybe check my drivers and things and get em updated, in terms of games im able to run fear 1600x1200 with everything up at max and get an average FPS of about 90 when it runs the demo so ill live with it

yeah tbh thats sound brilliant!!

beta drivers 84.53 are meant to give you substantial boosts in the newer games like graw,tomb raider etc.

thanks for the tips sput ive upgraded the drivers and set up the clock frequencies the way they should be and wooo hoooo


my 3dmark 06 score has shot up to 9921! which is enough for me to rest now

what about 3DM06 ? you should be able to increase your 3DM05 score by about 10% with some "correct" tweaking, oh great set-up and score, almost forgot.
