Definitely isn't already out and doesn't have a date yet for release either.
I have the Jap version and its very easy and accesable, especially if you have played Driller before on another format.

Also of note if you get Mr. Driller Ace, the only one available. It somehow connects to Mr. Driller Drill Land on the Cube. For my $$ Mr. Driller Ace is some fun drilling on the go.
