Can anyone fit ps2 mod chips on this site anymore ?

i have an old chubby ps2 V7-8 spch-39003 which has a very old basic mod chip (not sure which one) that allows me to only play import ps2 games and back ups

i was thinking of up grading to the latest matrix infinity chip so i can play ps1 games and DVD's via component on my plasma and was wondering if there was anyone on here that offered this service ? (btw what happened to saur)

my ps2 is used for component and RGB scart from time to time so the mod must be compatible with both video outputs

also sometimes i use a HD Loader and so it must be compatible with that too
