Them phones at the MS conference which were capable of that Live Anywhere... presumably running some kind of Windows... I want one >_< I know Live Anywhere isn't done yet, but could someone point me towards some capable phones? I really know nothing about mobiles...

Really depends what network you want it on as to what choices you've got....
Ideally I'd say you'll want one with wi-fi, so you can connect easily and cheaply to live whilst at home etc... -
