help on nhl2k 360 plz

just got nhl 2k and have found it way to easy to consider keeping will exchange it at game tommorow but i cant seem to get the achievement for scoring a penalty and advise on how to get a penilty would appriciate this cnt bear to see 250 points so easily go when i trade the game thanks 8)
