PS2, best setting for S-video output ?

I'm running my PS2 via S-Video and wondered which setting in the PS2 configuration gives the best output via S-Video. The two options appear to be RGB and the other one ( which I understand is for component output ). However I get a picture via S-Video on both the above settings and wondered which one I should be using ?

I could never tell the difference TBH, I ended up with it on RGB for both RGB SCART and S-Video.

It doesn't matter which one you choose as you will only ever get S-video through an S-video lead.
