Asian 360 Games - what region?

Having used PlayAsia to order a region free Asian version of Tomb Raider, I was delighted but highly confused to receive a European version with the PAL and PEGI logos all over it. I emailed PA to ask them about this and they said they couldn't say what version of the game one would receive.

So my question is: what region games are generally produced for asia - is it PAL, NTSC-J or what?

asian games are coded ntsc-j so will only work on japanese/asian or if the game is region free then it will work on any 360

As TR: Legends is region free it may be that Eidos just used the same discs for Europe & Asia to keep production costs down.
