Breaker pro 2 disc swap problem

Hi

ive got a PS1 (small type) and im using a breaker pro to play imports , only problem is ive come to the part in the game where i have to swap the discs as ive completed disc 1 but obviously where ive stuck the white PVC sticker in the PS1 thinks the lid is still closed and i cant swap the discs

is there anyway round this ?

Depends on the game, If it's one which saves just as you finish disc one (I think metal gear solid 1 does), then just boot up disc 2 using the Breaker Pro and load the save.

If however it's one that doesn't save and just asks to insert disc 2 unfortunatly there's no way around it.

However, if the game you're playing is for example USA...and you have a modded or USA ps2, u can always load the game through the ps2, do the disc swap, save the game, then revert back to the ps1

yes i thought as much , unfortunatly my PS2 has an old style mod chip in it and wont boot ps1 games

i was playing valkyrie profile and you cant save before the disc swap , what a bummer i was enjoying that too

Is it USA?

If so send me your memory card, (I've already got the game) i've got a USA ps1 and USA ps2 so will get u onto disc 2, save, then send back. (U pay postage mind!)
