My brother recently blew the power board on my US xbox (he used the wrong power supply). I recently replaced the power board. The console powers up, but it freezes on the xbox logo and then displays a '07' error and microsoft help line. What can I do to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

You could always try phoning MS as suggested & see what they have to say on the matter....then again perhaps not!
Seriously though I think error code '07' means that the hdd hasn't been detected.
I'd suggest double checking that the ide cable is properly connected to the hdd, dvd drive & the motherboard & see if this makes any difference. -

Error code 07 can also mean a few other things (none of them good I'm afraid) so didn't want to worry you unduly
