ordered two games on the 19th may but still have not recieved them yet,should i email play asia as im getting a bit worried now

paid for the cheapest delivery but it is still meant to be 5-14 days delivery

Yeah I'd email them if it's been that long. When I last ordered something from them with the cheapest delivery it took less than a week if I remember correctly.

EDIT: Oops, I was thinking it was July for some reason. That delay probably is down to customs or something. Maybe get in touch with them in a week if they still haven't arrived.

Yeah, thats what happened last time my PA order took longer than 7-10 days. The last couple of orders, they've got stuff to me in 5 days, so unless you live in a remote village or something, expect customs charges. And a 6GBP Royal Mail handling charge.

An order went missing last year, waited for months so e-mailed them and was given an instant response and the offer of a refund or replacement. The replacement turned up within 3 days, all in all a great service, if your stuff doesn't turn up they'll probably do the same thing.

Customs charges aren't the fault of play-asia, one of the best services avaliable in my book.

Be careful what you say bud!! You could be tempting fate.

There's as much chance of them going missing in the bigger places as there is in the small. In fact I'd say the odds favour the smaller places myself.

PA orders for me take up to 10-14 days via normal mail posting, and about an extra 5 days if Customs get their hands on it.

Did the items have any delay before they could be sent. I have seen some items that have a 4 week lead time before they can be sent. have you received an email to actually say they have been dispatched?

i had a 3 day delay because i paid with a different paypal account so goods where shipped on the 22nd

emailed play asia last night and this morning got a reply off them telling me to be patient as the order can take up to two weeks to arrive

It's best to order things separately so the package value is as small as possible.
