Nintendo will take back a DS with a dead pixel anyway, they are really efficient at it too.

I know that from looking at some old threads, but I don't wanna wait a few more days to play my DS once I get it. I've already been without one for a while, and it'd just be a lot less hassle to exchange it at a retailer and exchange there and then.

With regards to an imported unit, no you cannot get it replaced, but Nintendo will 'fix' it for ?55 or something. I remember it from an email a while back.

No it doesnt from GAME it's usually covered in scratches from the poor condition it's kept in. Also It takes more space having all game boxes seperate from their CDs manuals in a poly pocket.
