Firefox problem with Google Video & YouTube

How come I can't play more than 5 secs of any video that I wanna view yet I can view the same video fine in IE?
Somewhere help me pretty please, thanks!

This was happening to me too, stopped recently though. Around the time i updated Firefox to the latest version. You've downloaded that right?
