Pokemon box save type??

Can anyone tell me if the save file for pokemon box on gamecube is locked so it cant be copied??

I thought the save was meant to be locked but the save i have that came with my game can be copied freely, im pretty sure its been hacked to remove the copy protection.

Its pretty cool it has one of every promotion & event pokemon ever given out & they are legit ones.

So anyone know, id try myself but pokemon box wont work without a gba game & im still looking for a japanese copy of ruby/sapphire or emerald to go with it.

hmm, the PAL one can at least be moved, not sure about copied; I have the Japanese one but never got round to getting a jap copy of Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, i really just wanted the special memory card.

if it really does copy can i send you a 59 for you to copy over the promotion event pokemon?

Yup mine has had somthing done to it then, to turn on the copying option. I know you can do it by hex editing the save file but its waay beyond my skill level. Id love to hack my saves to make them all copyable.

Theres meant to be full sets of all pokemon male / female & shiny those are hacked ones & not legit. But they have been correctly done so they pass collosseum validation.

Then theres the event pokemon, theres quite a few types. All of them have their original event id's

Then theres some pokemon eggs, they are meant to hatch into rare pokemon like cerebi ect....

but until i get a gba game i have no idea if its even all on there hehe for all i know it could be a blank save with 1 common on it

i tried using a flash cart with a rom, but doesn't seem to work with Box just says connecting forever, strange because it works when linking to a GBA game

i really want to be able to copy my colosseum save because i have it on a 3rd party memory card thinking i would be able to at least move it to an official one at a later date, but i was wrong

Once i find out whats on the save for sure ill sort you out a copy of it

Just checked my PAL copy and it only lets me Erase; strange because I'm sure it let me Move before, hmmm

Well its 59 blocks so unless you have that free it might be the reason you cant move it.

yeah i tried copying to a 251 with space and then to an empty 59, no luck
