Cheapest Hosting?

I am in the process of setting up my own betting comparison site, while i am getting everything up to speed i need some cheap hosting just to get some banners up and get my name onto google.

So with that in mind, who are the very cheapest "hosters" out there?

Im using http://homepageuniverse.com/ $4 a month and im currently using it for a MySQL PHP site that im makin. Its got a really good web admin system called Plesk which can also be used to create MySQL databases or run scripts individually if you know SQL thats what i did when setting up my DB.

I use www.qiq.co.uk - very fast web access, 10gb disk space, and 100 gigabytes (yep, 100gb) bandwidth each month. The price is ₤16 a year (not a typo).

The only snag is you're not allowed to use the web space as a file store and you're not allowed to use it to host MP3s or streaming video, or any other bandwidth intensive files.

The service and customer support is top notch. I use it for my site.

Thats perfect until i sort the xml feed out from the betting sites i am just going to be banners, links and keyword content.
