Sega Saturn link-mode games

I'm looking into getting some sega saturn link-up gaming going, I was wondering if anyone can help me with some of the games which support this mode.

So far I've got 2x Doom (PAL), 2x Hexen (PAL with cheat).

I know that GunGriffon 2 (JAP) supports it, I found on a list that "Gebockers" and "Steeldom" also use the link cable.

What other games can I get? According to Wikipedia Wipeout on the SS supports linkup, but this certainly isn't found in the PAL release (right?).

WipEout does not use it, though for some reason that is a very common rumour that I hear all the time.

I think Independence Day used it.

Japanese version of Wipeout supports the link. Independence day does not, the rumor started in an issue of SSM.

Yeah I had that issue of SSM, I was pissed off to find out that the game doesn't support it.

Can you confirm from experience that JAP Wipeout does support the link? Nice to know before I headhunt and pay for it.

Don't both Quake and Duke Nukem 3D support linkup? I assume Virtual On does too.

Nah neither Duke or Quake, though I think US Duke supported netlink?

Yeah Duke but not Quake supports netlink. As for Virtual On I think your getting confused with the Dreamcast version which does support a 2 consoles, 2 player mode.
