Wireless Ethernet Bridge w/out AC adapter?

Is there such a thing as a cheap wireless ethernet bridge without needing an external power supply? Alternatively, any kind of wireless solution for Xbox/360 which does not require a power supply would be appreciated. CHEAP.

    Thanks,

    mono.

Dont think thats possible to be honest, if its not powered by the mains then your talking batteries and to transmit a signal and that amount of data I reckon it would go through them quickly

I could be wrong mind you

I think devices that get their power via the ethernet cable are being researched, not sure if any have made production though.

I think there is a wireless adaptor from Asus that ban be powered from USB (or Xbox with adaptor) which might be your easiest option.

Do I read right? Is this asus adapter powered by USB!?

EDIT: had a better look for it. Apparently that should do the trick. Anyone know if I can buy it cheaper anywhere?

I've found the ASUS WL-330g for around ?32 here

And what is presumably the earlier model, here

I assume both work in the same way? Thanks for any help!
