I had to contact each of the hardware companies when sorting out adverts for magazines. This is how I was told they like their product name to be Written... (this was a couple of years ago though except for GBA SP)

XBOX - Yes - Preferred
Xbox - Yes - Acceptable
XBox - No - Not Acceptable (or any other way)

Also If you are talking about XBOX Live they like it Live

NINTENDO GAMECUBE - Yes - Preferred
GAMECUBE - Yes - Preferred
GameCube - Yes - Acceptable
GCube - No - Not Acceptable (or any other way)

GAME BOY ADVANCE - Yes - Preferred
GBA - Yes - Acceptable
GBA SP - Yes - Acceptable
Game Boy Advance - Yes Acceptable
Gameboy Advance - No - Not Acceptable

PlayStation 2 - Yes - Preferred
PS2 - Yes - Preferred
playstation2 - No - Not Acceptable (or any other way)

Obviously how you write it is up to you, but that is what we were advised.
