    Macbook pro help needed

    Howdy peeps

    Is it possible to use a Word document from a pc on a Macbook Pro? what software would I need (MS Office for the mac is a bit expensive but if needs must then it will be that)

      Abiword has a Mac version and is a decent freeware word processor. Apple's Pages also natively supports Word documents, but if you're planning on buying software you might as well go for Word itself since the Mac versions are very good.
