Qunu.com is ruddy brilliant so far. It's a site that lets you find help with any computer-related issues you might have. It pairs up a Jabber compatible IM client (e.g. gaim) with the web front end and is entirely community based. Think of it like experts-exchange but free
. You sign up as either a user, or an expert, or both.
As an expert you can list the software/hardware you are good with, then if someone comes to the site looking for help with one of your specialities (say Exchange), and chooses you from the current online match list, it spawns a chat session with them and you can try to sort your problems out.
I've only been on a few days now and already been able to help folks out with Exhange, hardware issues and all sorts. Obviously it's limited by how helpful people are but if you find yourself on forums like this answering more questions than you ask, it's quite rewarding
