What's the difference between an Asia version & Japan version of a PSP game ?

Probably an incredibly stupid question (sorry) but what is the real difference between an Asia verison of a PSP game & a Japan version ? The reason I ask is that I'm considering buying IQ Mania for the PSP from the eBay seller asiaestore & they're selling both versions, but the Asia version is ?7 cheaper than the Japan version.

Am I missing something rather obvious ? Does the Asia version have an English manual, but why would that make it cheaper ? I'm stumped.

Well the Asian market prices are really all that make them cheaper. Japan is quite an expensive country. As for the differences, seems to vary depending on the game but often there are very few differences.

The Asian version of WO Pure got totally shafted having no add-on packs (which ended up doubling the size of the game). On some occasions, Asian versions seem to have an english option but it seems to depend on the game.
