Does anybody know who actually delivers the parcel when it gets through customs at this end? I'd like to make an enquiry, but I don't know who to contact.

Got charged ?30.42, but not for customs. For VAT and Parcelforce, or should that be Parcelfarce? -

Actually, a CD-ROM2 for my PC Engine. The customs sticker on the parcel had no charge whatsoever. Are you supposed to pay VAT on 2nd hand stuff?Comment
