Best version of daytona on the saturn?

As above, ive heard many things about the different versions of daytona. i want to buy a version that is almost like the arcade in terms of control, i dont really care about popup. pal or jap, is fine with me. thanks for your help

The CE looks better but the first has a better feel to the racing

Saturn AM#2 port (not the CCE load of cr8p) It alsi more closer to the Arcade version than the DC port in tersm of AI and crashes , and even textures

Just do a seach for Daytona USA , and make sure there no CCE or 2001 inthe title . Its just called Daytona USA.

And it cheap as chips now

There is no 'good' version as such, but as TA above stated, the original port (simply known as 'Daytona USA') is the best. The CCE version messed with the gameplay, music, graphics and while it a decent enough racer in it's own right, it just ain't Daytona.

It's a victory of gameplay over graphics, because even with the low resolution, 20fps popup-ridden graphics, it still manages to be fantastically playable today - I prefer it over the 60fps Dreamcast release.
