Need Reassurance/advice on online store plz

Im gonna order a couple of pc pad converters and some other stuff from http://www.consoleplus.co.uk/catalog/default.php today.

What I want to know is, are they reliable? if not can anyone suggest an alternative I can use. Its got to be in the uk because Im to impatient to wait for it to be delivered from overseas.

Any help would be appreciated

I think they might be ok.

I've used Divineo for converters before and they've been excellent. They are a few quid more than other shops though.

I used Consoleplus myself recently. Package didn't arrive, but that seems to have been Royal Mail's fault; they are always losing stuff from Play.com for me as well.

A quick email conversation with the guys there and a fresh order was despatched nice and promptly. Its funny how an order that goes wrong, but is then fixed in a really good fashion leaves you with a higher estimation of a company than even if the stuff had just turned up.

Strongly recommended.

If you've got a DC, by the way, their VGA boxes are very well priced and good quality.
