360 controller with Vice City

This is the first time I am going to use a gamepad for a PC game =)

I just wanted to know if it is possible to map the movement function to the left analogue stick on the 360 controller. I have heard some people can't get the sticks to work, but I think I imagined it =)

Also are there resolutions which support 16:10 monitors in the game?

I heard that SA supports dual analogue pads, but I haven't heard if Vice City does.

I may just get the Xbox version instead, but it is very difficult to find and ebay isn't really a choice for me..

there is a pc of software that allows you to map additional controls, I used the san andreas one for using my 360 pad on my PC

I found a copy at my local store yesterday, I am going to buy it this week.
I was referring to the Xbox Double Pack being hard to find, but maybe I should of made that clear :P

There is the trilogy for Xbox, but I don't fancy paying more to have SA aswell, as I already have that and GTA3 on PS2. (Lost VC somehow...)
