Well you can't get more sturdy and the size is probably no bigger than a zip up case, the PSP is super-snug in that thing.

I seconded the Logitech Playgear case.

I picked mine new of ebay recently for ?7.50.

yeah, 3rd'ed, logitech playgears are pretty damn good, if not the best.
