Is it worth selling my PC??

I'm looking to get rid of my PC and was wondering what its worth and where/how to sell it? i.e. is it worth putting on eBay or just go for putting ads up on forums like this one? I know Macs are worth money second hand, but is this worth anything do you think???

Tbh thats worth around 300? without the 19"crt dont bother selling that with it as the postage would be murder myself id split it the x800pro is worth 120quid to some one alone.
