XBox: UK Games that won't load when console set to NTSC...

All of my earlier UK XBox games work just fine with the console set to NTSC [even giving lovely 480P] but I am getting a bit pi$$ed with having to keep changing back to shoddy PAL to play the newer games. The two most recent ones that don't load in NTSC mode are Enter The Matrix and IndyCar Series. I am really looking forward to Midtown Madness 3 but can anyone tell me if the UK games loads in NTSC mode??? Not sure if anyone else is interested in this but if so it may be worth posting your experiences here?
