    EMS tracking

can someone give me the link to the EMS(HK) tracking site. i know there is one on the HKPO website but that only tells me that the package has left the country.

i am sure ive used a much more detailed one in the past which gives a step by step account of where the package is but i cant remember the link.

EDIT oops maybe this should be in off-topic. can an op move it.

When the package leaves Hong Kong, the HK post office/Speedpost site cannot track once it leaves the country.

Check PARCELFARCE'S website half a day/a day after it has left HK to it's whereabouts.

No, actually, it was a PC Engine CD-ROM interface & console.

was the value marked down/as gift or was the true value entered.

                      Ah, that would be why.

Usually the limit would be $50 for a gift, or ?30-36 equivilant.

Only time i've had to pay import tax was when i received the Pearl White GBA SP - and on the customs slip the guy forgot to put the US dollar price in the declaration slip, hence a ?18 or thereabouts import tax price.

In the past i've had a JPN Dreamcast console/VOOT twinsticks, and more recently, Samba de Amigo maracas come through unscathed via Parcel(F)arce. All of them were marked 'gift' with around $40-$50.

Fair enough but how can they justify ?32.40 for something marked as $60. That's a fair bit more than the percentages should allow?

                          That wasn't import tax!

That's ?17 something VAT and ?13 Parcelfarce 'handling' fees.

I thought VAT was 17.5% of the items value.
