    Scratched PSP!

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
    Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry about that.

Right after I bought my new White PSP ive gone and f'ing spilt Coke on it then to add injury to insult, I've done a bloody scratch like 5 minutes later!! WHY GOD WHY!!!

Could anyone be my saviour and reccommend a service to remove scratches or an Official replacement.

Hmm, I presume the scratch is on the screen.

You can buy the official screens now as I bought a black one a while back, not sure on the white ones though. Of course you will void your warranty if you do this though as you have to take the machine to bits.

I'd be tempeted to ring SONY and ask them the best way of doing it.

Hopefully Sony'll take pity on you and sort it for you. If they're going to charge a small fortune though you could try the ebay seller linked to in this thread:

      http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/showthread...&highlight=psp

He only has black faceplates listed at the moment but might be able to help if you contact him.

ps. make sure and get a screen protector for the new screen. These things are worth their weight in gold!!! (sorry to rub it in...)

Failing that, a bit of T-Cut will sort it out.

It's actually very easy to replace the faceplate yourself, it's a simple unscrew and change.
