Freak out ps2

Just got this for ?3.99 second hand on the basis of the treasure logo not heard of it before, although someone i know has and was suprised that it didnt have a red cover but a plack one with lots of cute peeps on.
Any insite into the game anyone can offer would be great thanks in advance

It was rereleased as a budget titles years later by midas games, hence the different boxart.

ah that answers that thanks EvilBoris not getting my ps2 till the end of the month i understand its not as good as other treasure games does it have any merit ?

It's certainly different. And the control mechanism is interesting (one analog stick for character movement, the other for the character's arm movement.) Some nice graphical effects, like the pencil-style shown in the level selct 'hub' screen. It's not a great game, definitely not one of Treasure's best, but it's playable and worth having for curiosity value. I quite like it.
